Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
You (as Registrant) must be 18 years of age or older to participate in a Gina Bianca Education Online Course. You will need sufficient fluency in the language in which the Online Course is presented.
2. Payment / Registration / Access
The fee for the Online Course (the “Fee”) must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until Gina Bianca Education has received such full payment of the Fee. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party. After successful registration, you will receive an e-mail from Gina Bianca Education acknowledging your enrollment in the Online Course.
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. Submission of your registration, alongside full payment of the Fee constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Program includes, but is not limited, to course content, written content, recorded video and audio content, live and pre-recorded calls, and discussions in Program related forums (collectively, “Materials”).
The Program and Materials may only be accessed by you - the individual who is the customer on record with the Company. You agree that the Program and Materials, including any usernames or passwords, may only be used by you as permitted herein and may not be sold or distributed without the Company’s express written consent.
Your access to the Program may be revoked for failure to abide by these Terms of Service or for failure to make timely and full payments to the Company for your purchase of the Program.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by you:
Your right to cancel your subscription with Gina Bianca Education and obtain a refund depends on the nature of the course that you have paid for.
To self cancel, you must: 1. Log into your account, 2. Click your Avatar in the upper right hand corner, 3. Click Settings from the drop down menu, click billing in the upper right hand corner and click cancel. You will have access to the content until the end of your billing cycle. All cancellations must be self cancellations or submitted in writing to hello@thenetworksalon.com and include your full name and e-mail. Please allow 72 hours for a response or simply cancel your subscription on your own to avoid unwanted charges.
Refunds + Transfers
If you cancel your registration in an Online Course at any time after the periods described above, you will not be entitled to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be entirely at the discretion of Gina Bianca Education. If a refund is granted to you, it will be less processing fees incurred by Stripe Payments (roughly 5%) and you will be subject to an administration fee.
To request such cancellation, please inform us in writing, either by email to the hello@thenetworksalon.com. Please write “Refund Request for Gina Bianca Education” in the subject-line of your email. Remember there are no refunds after the course begins, but you may request a refund or transfer to another upcoming class in the future before the start date of the class. Any discounts or promotional codes will be honored for future classes if you need to transfer.
Cancellation by us
Gina Bianca Education LLC reserves the right to cancel the Online Course by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the course is due to start. Gina Bianca Education LLC Education will refund all fees paid by you and if possible, will endeavor to offer a transfer to another course as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in purchase price.
Gina Bianca Education LLC’s liability when it cancels an Online Course will be limited to a refund of the Fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled Online Course. For partial cancellation of an Online Course, such refunds will be made on a proportionate basis. All dates are subject to change, however notice of such change will be given and refunds will not be issued for any rescheduled class.
You should allow up to 3 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
4. Course Content + Graduation
Course Content:
The course description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the course and does not guarantee content. Gina Bianca Education reserves the right to amend the course and alter details at its discretion.
Gina Bianca Education LLC is not responsible if you fail to meet the Online Course requirements and you should ensure that you allocate sufficient time to allow you to successfully complete the Online Course. Refunds are only available as set out in paragraph 3 above.
5. Student Conduct
By continuing to access or use the Online Course and everything that comes with it, or any content located via the Online Course and/or on the community forums, you signify your acceptance of the below terms. Gina Bianca Education LLC may modify these terms and conditions from time to time.
Gina Bianca Education grants you a limited license to access and use the content located via the Online Course and/or on the community forums in connection with the Online Course you are enrolled in. As a condition of such license, you agree that:
You agree that the Program and Materials contain proprietary information that is owned by the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. You will not use the Program or Materials in a manner that constitutes an infringement of the Company’s rights or that has not been authorized by the Company. The use of the Company’s Program or Materials, except as permitted herein, is strictly prohibited and infringes on the intellectual property rights of the Company and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for infringement on the Company’s intellectual property rights.
Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Program and Materials for your own personal and non-commercial use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, sell, distribute, duplicate, lease, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Program or Materials in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means). You shall not remove any copyright notice or author designation from any part of the Program and Materials.
Additionally, you will be required to comply with the Terms of Use located on www.ginabianca.com
The Company makes no claim that the Online Course content is appropriate for any particular purpose or audience, or that it may be downloaded outside of the United States of America. Access to the Online Course may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. When accessing the Online Course and/or the Website, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Gina Bianca Education reserves the right to remove you from the Online Course and/or the Website if you do not respect these guidelines, Gina Bianca Education’s staff and/or fellow students.
6. Data Protection
By registering with Gina Bianca Education and by paying the fees, you agree to Gina Bianca Education collecting and using your personal data. This will be done in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Gina Bianca Education Privacy Policy, available at www.ginabianca.com
7. Technology Requirements
The Online Course is facilitated through an online learning management system. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software requirements, along with access to Wi-Fi, to be able to participate in the course. You will need to ensure you have the proper technology at the time of registration as will be provided with the registration details.
Gina Bianca Education is not be responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the Online Course, the Website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by: (i) a loss of connection on Gina Bianca Education’s or your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online software and/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer or system.
8. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Commissions
Information provided about or in the Program or Materials is subject to change. Company makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source, is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Company disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error or incompleteness in the Program or Materials.Should a situation arise that is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Gina Bianca Education reserves the right to take any reasonable and fair action that we think appropriate
9. Disclaimer
By purchasing the Program, you accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from your participation and that we offer no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your future earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth, or results of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that you will get any results using any of our ideas, tools, strategies or recommendations, and nothing in our Program is a promise or guarantee to you of such results.
10. Third Party Resources
The Program or Materials may contain links to third party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content or policies of third party websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with the Company. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.
11. Limitation of Liability
YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR THE TRANSACTIONS IT CONTEMPLATES (WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER FORM OF ACTION) AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE THE CUSTOMER ACTUALLY PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE PROGRAM.
12. Indemnification
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms of Service, or any use by you of the Program. You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.
13. Governing Law; Venue; Mediation
The laws of the State of Connecticut shall govern the Terms of Service and any disputes arising from it must be handled exclusively in the federal and state courts located in Hartford, Connecticut. We agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Terms of Service by mediation. We further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration or other dispute resolution procedures.
14. Recovery of Litigation Expenses
If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of the Terms of Service, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of the Terms of Service, the prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
15. Entire Agreement; Waiver
The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company pertaining to the Program and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any of the provisions of the Terms of Service by Company shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Company.
16. Changed Terms
We reserve the right to update our Terms of Service at any time. Such amendments are effective immediately by us posting the new Terms of Service on this Program website at www.educatewithinfluence.com. Any use of the Program by you after an amendment is made means you accept these amendments.
17. Effect of Headings
The subject headings of the paragraphs of the Terms of Service are included for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any of its provisions.
18. Severability
If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of the Terms of Service is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
19. Assignment
Nothing in these Terms of Service, express or implied, will confer upon any person or entity not a party to these Terms of Service, or the legal representatives of such person or entity, any rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities of any nature or kind whatsoever under or by reason of these Terms of Service, except as expressly provided herein.

Gina Bianca Education LLC is committed to protecting your privacy and security and have explained in detail the steps we take to do so. We control this site from offices in the United States of America. We do not represent that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
How and Why We Collect Information
We collect your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you register for a course, a membership site, or a free training series, for example, the information is used to enroll you in the program, to enroll you in our newsletters, to track your preferences, and to keep you informed about the product and related products. As a visitor to our Sites, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information.
If you opt in to receive any free training series, download a free product, register for a webinar, seminar, or live event, or purchase any product sold by us or promoted by us, you will automatically be subscribed to our free newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this free newsletter, you may opt out at any time. We include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail we send. If you have any trouble opting out, please e-mail us directly at hello@thenetworksalon.com with your name and e-mail you wish to remove from communications. We will manually remove you from our e-mail list(s).
In connection with other activities, such as those described above, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, we may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including ZIP code), e-mail address, telephone, credit card, and other personal information. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.
In all cases, we will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. Sponsors may offer special offers or gifts for students in Gina Bianca Education, in order to receive those gifts we will share your information with these sponsors. If you’d like to opt out from receiving gifts and specials you are entitled to, please opt out via written request to hello@thenetworksalon.com including your full name and e-mail address with instructions to opt of out special gifts and bonus. Please include OPT OUT OF SPECIAL GIFTS AND BONUSES in the subject line and we will respond within a timely manner. We are not responsible if requests are submitted after information has been shared with our sponsors. The only information provided to sponsors is your full name and e-mail address.
If you supply us with your contact information you may receive periodic e-mails, mailings or calls from us with information on new products and services, important issues, or upcoming events. If you wish to be removed from any postal, e-mail, phone, or other lists, please let us know by e-mailing us or unsubscribing at the bottom of the e-mail. You can also write us or call us at the contact information above. Please provide us with your exact name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone. We will be sure your name is removed from the appropriate lists immediately.

Miscellaneous
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be subject to mediation in the State of Connecticut. If any of these terms of use are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms of use, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms may be modified only by our posting of changes to these terms of use on our Sites.
